Bob Stasiuk Musical Park Memorial
In memory of Bob Stasiuk, a longtime Sandusky High School teacher, plans are in the works by the Sandusky Lions Club and Mr. Stasiuk’s high school choir group the “Out to Lunch Bunch” to create an outdoor musical park in Sandusky.

For thirty-three years, Mr. Stasiuk was a mathematics and vocal music teacher at the Sandusky Community Schools. He played the organ and was a choir director for the Sandusky First United Methodist Church, involved with the Sandusky Lions Club, and an active member of the Michigan Education Association Retired Thumb Chapter as well. His music and teachings have inspired countless lives within the community.

The Tubbs Family Foundation for the Arts donated $5,000 towards the purchase of the Manta Ray instrument. There is a special story as to the selection of the Manta Ray instrument as told by Dave Tubbs, see link below or use the QR code in the image above.
Anyone that would like to donate to the project can send a check, made out to the Sandusky Lions Club with “Mr. Stasiuk Memorial” written in the memo, to:
Sandusky Lions Club, P.O. Box 21, Sandusky, MI 48471
