At Tubbs Brothers, we realize that it is our duty to support our community and to be a positive role model within it. Our focus is to provide a diverse range of mutually beneficial events and opportunities that impact and change the lives of those throughout the community in which we live and work.
From sponsoring & volunteering at health and wellness events, donations & fund raising at charities, foundations & special needs, college scholarships, supporting high school sports programs, to being the lead sponsor & donation for 3D Mammography equipment at McKenzie Health Systems, Tubbs Brothers has always made community outreach a top priority.
Whenever possible, we ask that you partner with us to help support and build our community into one that we can all be proud of. Sanilac County House of Hope

The Sanilac County House of Hope nonprofit ministry helps to provides shelter, counseling, employment, housing & life skills to those in need, as well as operating a community thrift store.

Sanilac County Humane Society

On behalf of the team at Tubbs Brothers and Ford Motor Company, Nelson Ade presents our donation check for $500 to Michaela West for assistance to the Sanilac County Humane Society. The Sanilac County Humane Society is a private nonprofit, federal and state tax exempt no kill institution run by volunteers and public donations. The SCHS mission is to provide shelter and medical care and find new homes for homeless pets, as well as reduce the number of homeless cats and dogs through their spay/neuter programs.

Shop with a Hero

On behalf of the team at Tubbs Brothers, Phil Barker presents our donation check for $800 towards the “Shop with a Hero” program to Amanda Wojcik of the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office. The Shop with a Hero program works with the Department of Human Services, paring children from underprivileged families with a “hero” like first responder for a shopping trip to buy gifts for their immediate families. A group of behind-the-scene volunteers also help by wrapping gifts.

Frontline Heroes

Tubbs Brothers sponsored the Frontline Heroes golf tournament hosted at Huron Shores Golf Club which this year honored the late Dave Hall, a law enforcement officer in Sanilac County who served for more than four decades. Event proceeds went toward Chief Dave Hall’s First Responder Fund, providing money for the education, training or equipment needs of first responders, as well as the Sanilac Police-Firemen Field Day Committee.

In memory of Bob Stasiuk, a longtime Sandusky High School teacher, plans are in the works by the Sandusky Lions Club and Mr. Stasiuk’s high school choir group the “Out to Lunch Bunch” to create an outdoor musical park in Sandusky. The Tubbs Family Foundation for the Arts donated $5,000 towards the purchase of the Manta Ray instrument.
